BE YOURSELF TEENS : 5 MOTIVATING THINGS TO DO

As per 2023 reports there has been a lot of suicides and noting the ages it shows most of them are teens.I would like to say that life is given to live and not to destroy by ourselves.

I’ve seen people ending their life because of studies , money and love life . So I thought of sharing some tips how to motivate yourself and lead a happy life.

GET A BREAK :

Whenever your feeling like losing hope in the work you do or studies take a break like a month or the time which satisfies your need . At the break period train your body and mind by doing yoga , meditation and a healthy diet . Get out of your comfort zone and enjoy your day by working or developing a skill you like. The thing is do what you like and be yourself . That’s the important part of this break period. Leading a boring life can be stressed make it fun and enjoyable my adding some seasoning to your life.

AVOID TOXIC FRIENDS:  

I would say one real friend is better than a 30 toxic driends . Losing toxic friends would reduce your stress level and motivates you to be better than them . Never fight with your toxic friends cause it is a waste of time and would leave you in a depressed 

State. So take your time and find a loyal friend. 

WRITE A DIARY : 

Writing a diary might be a childish stuff but when you read it you will be motivated to achieve what you like. I always write a diary when bad things happen to me and at the last line I write what I’m gonna do to overcome it . For example if any of the people tease me for being overweight I don’t lose weight for them but for me to be healthy . I write these in my diary and read it weekly once and motivate myself .

DANCE TO YOUR FAVORITE SONG : 

When your feeling unmotivated or stressed dance to your favorite song give some movement to yourself and release your stress out as sweat . Sing along with your friend . This makes you feel good and energetic which leads to getting work done in a unstressful way.

COOK YOUR FAVORITE FOOD:

I usually used to cook my favorite dishes when ever I feel tired of my life . Cooking is a art which makes you to love the work you do.  You can make a pasta or any of the dishes you like. This leads to bursting stress and tiredness.  It gives a joy once you finish cooking and plate them.
